express company when the consignee received the cargo
收货人说明收到货物时的货物的状况（由收货人签字、盖章）；consignee’s statement about the
cargo when received (with consignee’s signature or stamp)
快递公司的货损证明；damage report issued by the express company
货损照片；color photos of the cargo and the package
收货人与承运人（快递公司）间关于损失索赔的函件、传真等；correspondence exchange with the
Carriers and other Parties regarding their liability for the damage
收货人索赔函和索赔清单（须列名索赔事项和金额）consignee’s claim letter to Ping An which
clarify the damage situation and the claim amount
如发生残值处理或维修，请提供相应的发票；if salvage action or recondition, please submit the
relevant invoice
正本保单一联；
正本快递运单一联；
货物在国内的原始购买发票；
国际货物买卖价值证明，包括正本发票和正本装箱单、买卖合同复印件、报关单等（需在复印件上盖
章，如合同是多页，请加盖骑缝章，并注明“与原件相符”）；
